Platform access for Singapore: FxPro Direct is the Wallet and KYC door. MT4, MT5, and cTrader use separate trading credentials. Mixing those logins is the most common support failure on this desk. This site has no password form. Official access runs on FxPro Direct / fxpro.com paths only.

Verifying the address bar from Singapore
MAS keeps an Investor Alert List of persons who are not regulated by MAS but have been wrongly perceived as licensed. Search the company name and the domain there before you enter anything. If someone phones you about the account, the local route is ScamShield and the police anti-scam helpline on 1799. That is a reported-history check, not a view on FxPro's entity position, which is set out on Legal Singapore.
A Singapore-specific rule of thumb: no offshore broker authenticates you through Singpass. If a page asks for Singpass credentials to open, unlock or verify a trading account, close the tab. FxPro Direct only ever needs the password you set on Direct itself.
On the terminal clock, Singapore is UTC+8 while MT4 and MT5 servers commonly timestamp on UTC+2 or UTC+3, so your trade log reads roughly five hours behind local time in summer. Check which clock the platform is showing before you compare a fill against a news release. August 2026.
